I like that it supports multiple documents such as MS Word, Word Perfect, HTML, RTF, open document, and Office XML, providing us a lot of flexibility when working on our documents, even on the go. It even comes with mail merge capability. AbiWord could be the ultimate alternative for MS Word if you’re looking for a word platform that is handier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I never find anything to dislike about this platform. It is easy to use and helpful—and I think that’s the greatest perk that anyone can find in free software.
