What are the best aspects of this product?

AbiWord is an open-source word processing tool that supports multiple operating systems and major languages. It comes with a spell checker feature that lets me check errors in my documents. What’s more? It has a mail merge capability that allows us to create multiple letterforms automatically—and quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like everything about AbiWord. Being able to work on the platform smoothly and get all the helpful features are just amazing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

AbiWord is equipped with helpful plugins that we used to import images and word documents, as well as summarizing texts.
