What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about absence.io is that it is a very user-centric tool. Everything has been designed with the user in mind, thus keeping things uncomplicated and running smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Absence.io is very focused. In fact, it is too focused that it doesn't have any other function that to track absences within the company. It would be nice for it to exhibit other features as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Right now, absence.io has kept a very organized calendar of our filed leaves. Through it, we can easily apply for holiday leaves and submit it for approval to our higher-ups. We're just glad to be rid of the hundreds of excel files that we had needed to maintain before all this. This has been such a great help to our processes and we can't wait until the program rolls out more features for us to work with.
