What are the best aspects of this product?
The user interface is incredibly intuitive and user friendly making for an inviting platform that promotes engagement rather than frustration like many complex LMSs do. Having migrated to Absorb from a different LMS platform, the support and guidance provided throughout the migration process was top-notch. Our onboarding specialist was not only responsive to all inquiries but also provided a solutions-focused approach to unique needs of our organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The response time for submitted Support Tickets is lengthy lessening my confidence level of an issue being resolved quickly.

Continuing education credit tracking broken down by time frames or credit types for reporting rather than just a cumulative total available.
