What are the best aspects of this product?
Having the ability to allow different sets of users to see different sets of training courses. We can tailor what each group can and can't see making it easy to manage several clients under the same roof. The Client Success Manager working relationship has been incredible. It allows me to bounce thoughts and ideas back and forth with a consistent contact to find a solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Getting the "perfect" report is sometimes a bit tricky. There are fields in one section that I can't access in another section so I need to create 2 separate reports and then combine them. But, the data is there.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A standardized calendar that can show all of the Instructor Led Courses that are scheduled in one place but NOT allow any action to take place (i.e. enrollments). I just want to show what courses are still on the schedule (upcoming) to everyone even if they can NOT self-enroll.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had a home-grown LMS that we built in-house and this product does the things we could do and much more without having to program our own system. It has saved many hours of programming time. It also allowed us to have all of our course in one location.
