Easy to use admin interface coupled with a simple end user XP. High degree of product reliability and performance has allowed us to rely on this product for continuous operation 24/7 365 days of the year.
A very fast and responsive dedicated support manager has been essential element in developing our trust in relying on this product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Visibility on the versioning and history of 3rd party content uploaded could be improved, some facets of the basic reporting tool and better knowledge in relation to API connectivity but these are relatively minor and many are being are addressed in the rolling product upgrades

An ability to save course configuration templates would save a lot of time and energy.
