What are the best aspects of this product?
The ability to customize the homepage to brand and the level of customer service you get. Every person we've engaged with is incredibly professional and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting is a bit clunky but I know they are working to improve it and I don't think it's any worse than any other platform out there. It's just a little finicky at times to get exactly what you need.
Too many clicks for the user to access a course - don't love that.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Less clicks, intuitive buttons, easier reporting options.

I can't think of one specific problem but when we have questions or get stuck on something, our rep is always there, willing to hop on a call to talk through it with us. This is what makes Absorb special.
