What are the best aspects of this product?
Anytime I had an issue or a query, I would be able to write a text to the support team and still get an answer within several minutes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had early entry price levels and subsequent premiums, and I placed the schedules through, however, the tickets did not change as expected. There's something I must process to get the changes in the tickets which I missed to do. This would have been a bit easier if it can be done automatically or perhaps a notification can be very helpful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Providing access to important assistance had also made a significant impact. There is now innumerable information about the event, and they made it possible to plod into them. Users should be eventually going to use Accelevents for upcoming developments.
