What are the best aspects of this product?

This has been our consecutive years of using Accelevents for our online fundraising auction and raffle. When you do charity auction you are now a learning experience in a year and the second year is much smoother. It was the same for applying Accelevents, the second goes about much simple and easy. This is the same for using Accelevents, making it very easy for the second to get by. Although pretty easy to use this year we always had a couple of questions and my FAVORITE thing about Accelevents is Zach and Jon's accessibility! I think these gentlemen don't take a nap. I have to work early morning, and if I live, they'll be started chatting or send an email within the next few minutes. There were several instances during the evening, and I received having similar prompt response. Their service quality is keeping us bringing it back. If I were taking into account an online auction, I will indeed highly suggest Accelevents!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We sell several experiences and last year we did use the ticketing option which didn't work well for our purposes so this year we put the experiences in the auction and it wasn't the best option either. We are still brainstorming on how to sell our experiences within the Accelevents system.

We use Accelevents software to raise funds.
