What are the best aspects of this product?
As a part of a charity committee, I also pick the ticketing systems that we are using as well as helping coordinate our case. Installation was convenient and simple, and any queries we had were addressed in almost full detail through web discussion. One of the key aspects was its Accelevents application that enables my dedicated staff to search for tickets or look up lots of participants by title with no problems and disruptions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I also like the mailing features they support, but some more ready-made formats would be provided.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are using a platform to market our yearly charity event bookings. This year we sold out, this is seen as a great achievement.
