What are the best aspects of this product?
Their salesmen are great and friendly. I seriously cannot think of another good thing to say about them.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Buy something else, anything else! I've been a CPA since 1996 and I can't recall a worse product. Well maybe QuickBooks Online, but that's about it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Literally everything. This product is AWFUL!!! I switched from Accounting CS to Accounting Power and have regretted it every single day. Literally nothing about this product is ready for use by a professional accounting firm.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Bank feeds that work and actually support the banks my clients use. The ability to add additional equity accounts that close out retained earnings. This helps when you have to track multiple partner accounts or have a correction of a prior period error that you'd like to keep track of and highlight. I'd like the ability to create customizable financial statements. I created an income statements in Accounting CS that mimicked page one of the S-Corp/Partnership and C-Corp tax returns as a great internal control over my product quality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Literally none. They've created more problems than what I thought I had with Accounting CS. I had to buy another payroll solution to handle my high check volume clients because it would be cost prohibitive. I pay more for a solution that delivers less!
