PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are a communications service company, we needed a service management and inventory control software and look into Acctivate. This software is antiquated and works is designed for sales only.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Does not manage work orders or service orders well, calendar system is terrible, tracki8ng of service calls non existent.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Get up to todays level, software is based on a 15 year old database design and is very inadequate in todays world. Technical support lacking and does not listen to customer needs, After 20k and several months too0k our loss and dumped this software, did not perform as stated. Sales will tell you everything but the actual product is different story.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nothing created more issues then solved.
