What are the best aspects of this product?

Nothing. I never used the software. You can see below why I never used it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For over 4 weeks, I attempted to call and email this company, so that I could understand if their reports would work for my situation. Out of 30 or so phone calls, none were returned. Out of 50 or so emails, Pete Petraco, my sales rep only returned only a few. He promised to send me a sample report, but never delivered on his promise.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Customer Support would be a good start.

None. I'm hoping that Avalara can help.
