A must-have for photographers

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am really impressed with how easily ACDSee can take on the raw files from my cameras. If you're someone who works in photography, I think this is an application that you must have. Another feature that I like is how great it is at file conversion. This is incredibly helpful for me when I do quick reviews.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not so much a negative but more of something that I think isn't really needed. The preview for video and audio files is something that I turn off since I don't think it's really needed and it just slows me down when I work. Another feature which I think slows down the software is face detection. I always find that my work flies by so much quicker when I turn it off.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to how fast and powerful ACDSee is, I've been able to quickly provide clients with image previews, since file conversion is so easy to do.
