What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about ACDSee is that it is "non-destructive." When I work on an image, I can give it a new name and can be assured that the original image stays the same. Another thing that I like is when they added layers a few versions ago.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had some problems with the newest version because of the fact that the face detection feature was automatically enabled. I don't think anybody really wants that feature and it took me quite some time to disable it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The rotate tool has been a big help to me because I have a problem with keeping a camera steady when taking a shot. The great features when it comes to adjusting lighting has also helped me to take photos even without a flash.
