What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company is glad we settled for Acronis because of its excellent function. It backs up our data automatically so that we do not have to worry about doing it manually regularly or worry about losing information if we forget to do so. Because of it, we are confident that we can continue where we left off before a system failure or other kind of incident because of Acronis' recovery capability. I also enjoy that I can recover select information from the backup files so that I can perform my work at home or on the move without opening myself to cyberthreats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no negative comment about Acronis because it has been spectacular since the day we implemented it. I find it absolutely beneficial because of the file security it offers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Members of our team worked hard on our files and it would be a great loss in time, effort, and money if ever they become damaged and unrecoverable. Plus, it would be a hindrance to our work with clients if ever we lose our data. With Acronis, we can set those worries aside because it regularly creates backup copies that keeps us secure. It has also streamlined other processes that are vital to our organization.
