What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its simplicity when it comes to backups and restoring. The backups are ready for all virtual machines. It allows us to select the type of backup and even the days and hours. It allows us to perform multiple backups at the same time, and to back up many types of operating system. We are able to put everything in one place. This is great tool for recovering information and to take backup to virtual machine.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion they could make the user interface more intuitive so it can be more helpful in tracking failures in backups or to track logs.

It helps us to have all the backups into one place, to classified and customized them.
