What are the best aspects of this product?

Using this software is no-brainer! As an all-in-one solution, it comes with a lot of options that you can use for portal, residential, and building management matters. What’s so good about it is that it even comes with a chat feature that users can use in chatting their neighbors without needing to knock on their doors and introducing themselves. Using ActiveBuilding, you can also view the community wall, pay rent, and modify your data in a single location.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's no avaiIable option regarding privacy issue. If you don’t want other people to see where you live, it’s not possible. Other people can see the location of your residential home/apartment using the platform. And for the first-time users, the platform can be a bit complicated to use with all those overwhelming options on the screen. Credit card fee is also a bit expensive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I need to get in touch with staff and residents, I can do it easily with this solution. I don’t need to knock on my neighbors’ door as the app makes communication a lot easier for me.
