What are the best aspects of this product?
Sending expense reports to our clientele used to take up much of our accounting department's time. However, Adaptive has finally allowed users to log in and check expense reports in their own time--thus allowing us to cut back in time and effort.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not exactly a "con" per se, but here's a tip for new users: don't hesitate to ask for support, especially in the configuration process. We've managed to do away with the unnecessary stress by reaching out and asking for help regarding the setting up of formula and accounts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For all of its uses, the best use we have for Adaptive is that it serves as a hub for our clients to view their expense reports. We no longer need to mail reports to our clients periodically thanks to this app.
