What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to Workplay Adaptive, we no longer have to spend time and manpower in sending expense reports to our clients. They can now easily log in to the system and conduct their reviews.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had a consultant help us tailor the app based on our needs. We now have a tool that can help us provide support to our clientele more efficiently. I'm glad that we accepted the help extended to us, thus helping us avoid complications in the implementation and configuration.
