I love how easy it is to enroll new devices! It helps in auto-configuring new devices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They don't have phone support for real-time troubleshooting. It would also be better if they would allow users to easily see the devices and their issues in the report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Addigy helps us a lot with our work -- from DEP to reporting. Remote management of devices was also made possible!
