AddSearch Site Search has truly made a positive impact on our website. What stands out the most is how simple and intuitive the platform is to use. It offers a great range of customizable features that allow us to fine-tune search results. For example, we can highlight specific stories or marketing initiatives to ensure users see the most important content first. I also really appreciate the platform’s flexibility, giving us the ability to tweak search attributes without needing technical expertise. On top of all this, the cost is quite reasonable for the value it provides — making it an excellent choice in this space.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the platform itself is great, I found the onboarding process a bit slower than anticipated. The sales team made the process sound quick and easy, but the integration took a bit longer than expected. That said, it still beat the implementation times of other platforms we explored. It would be great if future versions could streamline this part of the experience to make it even faster and more seamless.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As a next step, I would love to see enhanced reporting and analytics features. Although the search results are top-notch, having deeper insights into how users interact with those results would be incredibly valuable. This could help us optimize further and adjust strategies based on actual data. Maybe adding more advanced filtering options to control and track trends in search behavior could be a game changer.
