What are the best aspects of this product?

For starters, I like their design view. We are in the opinion that Flash Builder is more competitive than Flash Professional since it gives more animation and design freedom for developers. Its learning curve is less steep and it offers loads of functionalities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For animation purposes, the lack of a timeline is a big drawback. This is especially true for large-scale projects that require large-scale animation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for developing Flex apps. If you're good enough, you can switch from one side to another during the development process. It should be noted, however, that there are some functionalities among the two programs which do not overlap. It also works just like the Eclipse plugin.
