Adobe Illustrator is my favourite tool in Adobe Creative Suite

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's the best tool to use for creating vectors. Specifically, I like its integration with CC software as well as the crossover of some of the available effects which was introduced in the new version. The new versions includes many more amazing tools like the 3D effects and asset export, which are great. The software's layout as well as structure is similar to other CC apps, making it really intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have been introducing new features every now and then. And considering the number of existing tools and functions they have (which mostly are complex), it's pretty hard to keep up to date with the new features they introduce. It takes time to learn and master each one of them. So now, I just stick to the tools I already know.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app basically helps me meet the quality that my clients want for their projects. I am working in information architecture, e-learning, and content design and my knowledge on this software has been giving me an edge over my competition.
