What are the best aspects of this product?

It has everything to admire for any designer, for your designing work. Illustrator comes out as a winner. It is not only easy to use but also incorporates the many tools to help you succeed in your design specifications. It has a friendly user interface with an attractive layout that makes things look simple. Navigating our way around the tool is easy as there are short cuts on how to move from one to tool to the other. As a result, you can become more efficient in your work where you can quickly complete projects and without much hustle. In short, it makes your design projects easier to complete due to such shortcuts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not a heavy duty design tool. It is not able to handle big files. Whenever I try to design a big file, the system crashes and all the changes I had made are lost in the process. This can be frustrating when you think about it. As a result, I cannot design big files due to the risk of losing the changes I have made overtime on the files. Apart from that, it would be better if it had an auto save feature where you do not have to save the changes manually. Sometimes I am caught up in the design work such that I forget to save and later lost those changes I made.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My design projects are completed on time thanks to this product. It is able to make me more productive as I can begin a project and complete it within a short period. Due to the ease of use of this tool I am able to learn as I use it. It provides beautiful designs which make great work out of my effort. With Illustrator, you do not need to have prior knowledge in Adobe programs and how they work. I have come across multiple users of this tool who had zero knowledge of the Adobe programs in school and are using this tool effectively in design projects.
