What are the best aspects of this product?

It is everything you may want for your graphic design projects. For vector illustrating, this product does wonders. I cannot see myself relying on any other tool for my design work since this is what I know as the best. In college I was taught how to design using Illustrator and thus I find solace there. Apart from that, it is popular tool in the field which is good for those who want to learn more on how to use it or for beginners. This is because there are numerous tutorials out there that will help you to get started without much hustle. If you want to edit prints, photos, graphics and websites, then you should settle for Illustrator as it is impressive. It is compatible with other Adobe products such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price aspect is not that good on my part. I feel that it could be made lower as it is, it is very expensive. The Cloud Creative feature is very new to me and I have not had the time to explore it in full length since I use this product at work only. Apart from the price, Illustrator does not offer tutorials for beginners at the start of the use of this product. This could be a drawback as they may not get to have a smooth start at the beginning. Luckily, you can find numerous tutorials online that will help you find your way around the tools and features the product has to offer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to complete milestones with this product. When it comes to all the design, and edit works Illustrator provides me with an opportunity to reach my goals. I am tasked with creating ads in print and digital forms plus web graphics and images on social media. With such a role, you need a program that is able to edit all that and come up with a unique piece at the end. Illustrator has made that possible for me. I can also edit logos and images the way I want and upload them on social media for marketing and branding purposes. However, you have to take time and learn how this program works before taking a plunge as it has numerous tools to deal with.
