What are the best aspects of this product?

I like everything about this tool. It has multiple features and each one of them has a distinct function. Although it has been 6 years using this tool, I am yet to say that I have a grasp of all the features in store. It is simple to use and on a daily basis, I get to learn something. It allows me to be creative in my ways as I design the most unique pieces using my unique ideas. You can take multiple paths in designing with this program, which makes it fun and enjoyable to use. With mark and pattern marking tools, you can come up with designs based on how you see them in your head.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be disappointing at times especially when you zoom in your design work. Sometimes when you are using small elements to design your pieces, you might end up not being able to move the items to their exact position. This means that they will not be able to align well at the grid. As a result, your design will not come out as you would have wanted which means more frustrations on your part. It is good to learn the basics of how to utilize this program together with the many tools it has in place before you actually take up a project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All the graphics problems are solved thanks to Illustrator. I can now come up with posters, banners, and brochures among other designs without much hustle. It has helped me to solve most critical issues within the design processes that I could not before. as a result, I am able to market our Church and events in a more professional and creative manner. With Illustrator, you can come up with a design of your choice. You do not have to look elsewhere in terms of designing attractive and eye-catching marketing designs for your audience. In the end, you get a large turnout at your events due to the kind of designs you have put up with the help of Illustrator.
