What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using this tool since I was in college and it has been smooth all along. Currently, I am using it for business. It integrates well with creative cloud applications in adobe. This means that you have a wide range of option to take advantage of in your design work. When you get the hang of how the tool works, it allows you to complete different tasks with ease. It is also simple to get used to this product. It has Typekit built-in, which gives you more options to add fonts to your library on the same platform. Due to such flexibility, which comes with InDesign, we have made it to be the center of our business operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some bugs that need addressing. When you want to resize a picture, this product does not offer a simple way where one can do that. This feature is not intuitive as it does not cooperate with other programs such as keynote. As a result, it becomes complex when you want to edit the size of the picture you want to include in your project. When it comes to licensing and pricing of this product, it is not that clear. It would be better if they could make all the pricing and licensing details open to all users for them to know what they are getting themselves into.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become good for business. Our clients can depend on us to design standards guide brands that are over and above the expectations of our clients. We could not do this without the help of this product. InDesign has come through for us in that role. Our agency is able to deliver according to the promise thanks to InDesign. Using this tool to design, we are able to edit where need arises during the design process and deliver within a short period of time. All this is done without much hustle, which is a plus on our part. In end, we are able to be more productive and produce quality designs for our customers.
