What are the best aspects of this product?

InDesign is a robust application that lets me work on different projects from resumes to articles, forms, and more. With it, I can play around with typography because of its support for it. This is also complemented by its support for complex tables, graphs, and the like. It has smooth integration with other Adobe applications as well, making it easier for us to borrow elements from projects on other platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is difficult to learn how to use it because it is a very comprehensive layouting tool. So if you are in a hurry, it will be frustrating to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its precision makes it my number one preference when handling my publications. I can create any documents with an amazing layout that complements the theme or topics for a certain day.
