It's relatively simple to utilize. Knowledge with coding is unecessary. Workplace is strikingly similar to its Adobe Suite platforms. It's simple making websites that are responsive. Adobe is frequently updating it and making enhancements on its functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like it if more options were available. By that I mean options for forums. Another is to have additional choices in adding an e-commerce.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Muse did a good job in helping me out. My coding skills are limited. But it helped me make websites quicker for my company's varying brands. My co-workers can edit them. For instance, if we wanted a new point of salses or giving a certain product a different look, they'll have no problem doing it on the fly.
