What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an easy tool to use. It is intuitive which makes its simple on my part. I have had to learn all the basics and complexities of this tool without anyone else training me. All I have learnt is by my own effort. It offers reliable features, which allow me to design professional designs for my clients. There is this one time I designed for a performance group, a poster and they printed those posters for the first time in 7 years. Apart from that, I have designed labels and menus for DVD suing this program. I like the fact that you can group layers the way you want in terms of the layout which helps to improve the visibility of your projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is little to dislike about this tool. It offers a reliable platform on which you can design the layout of our photos the way you want. For the few issues I can mention, it does not let you see the effects on a photo. This means that you will not be able to edit those effects or improve them or copy them and transfer them to another photo. It would be better if those effects on photos could be seen for efficiency when designing photos and for future projects. It also has a history brush which you can use for current and future projects. However, if you miss out on a step or activity, you will not be able to use it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has allowed us to develop and design professional and attractive advertising materials. Previously, we were only vested in DVD production in terms of burning the DVD for our customers. However, we have gone an extra step and decided to crate labels and menus for those DVDs we sell or burn for clients. The labels and menus have made u even more productive as clients are happy with our work. For the case of advertising, we have gone to creating potters for clients to publish and market themselves. All this is due to the power that comes with Photoshop. Our work is out there and we have attracted a new crop of clients in creating professional posters for their businesses.
