It offers you a chance to be creative beyond your imagination and then put that imagination on the image or photo of your design. You can do this in more than one way as the program has multiple tools to help you execute this without much hustle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I started using it, everything was smooth and I could barely remember having any downtimes with this tool. It was sort of perfect in a way that there were no glitches or problems with how the system performs. However, this is not the case anymore as the product crashes more often than it did before. This is frustrating to some point. Also, the place linked file is not that reliable of a feature. In fact, I do not like it at all and it has become a thorn in the flesh as file collection functionality. All in all, this product has proven to be a reliable solution for design, layout and photo editing tasks, which makes it top notch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is the best I have come across. When you talk about photo editing and manipulation, there is no other product, which offers the same experience as Photoshop does. I deal with design and manipulating photos and his tool is the one I use for all that. I cannot see myself using any other tool in the near future. It has become a market leader in terms of photo manipulation and as such it has earned its position at the top. It lives up to the expectations of users once you learn how to use it in your design work. In short, it does not disappoint at all when it comes to producing quality work.
