Robust tool but they could make it more simpler

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this tool offers useful shortcuts so I can do my job quickly without looking around for a tools I need. I like its compatibility with Adobe Media Encoder because it saves me lot of time and to queue up lot of exports while working into the Premiere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be cumbersome and what happened when I accidentally click on something the interface changes and I cannot figure out what’s going on and how to fix it. But I now have more knowledge and experience with this tool and know how to navigate it better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m making business commercials and videos and this is greta tool for doing this, it helps me to work simultaneously on videos in various stages with Media Encoder.
