Excellent Choice for Distributors

What are the best aspects of this product?

Has all the features distributors need. Not a generic inventory/accounting system - it's distribution specific. We looked at many solutions including many higher priced software products and Accolent was a good fit for us right out of the box.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All software could be faster and completely configurable but this one is very good. We encounter a bug here and there, but they always fix them within a day.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Would like to see multi currency added soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No more paper. No more spreadsheets. Far faster than Quickbooks. Has us far better organized. Love the drop ship and special PO features. Like the automation. We have fewer human mistakes now.
