PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Adzerk APIs are easy to use and very well documented. They are also fast and very flexible; we could easily adjust Adzerk to fit the behavior of some old platforms we were migrating from.
The Decision API (aka Ads Request API) is fast and responsive.
Adzerk features are simple, yet complete enough that you can make them fit pretty much any use case.

Adzerk supports was tremendous; during development we were litterally live-chatting questions to Adzerk\'s engineers on a daily basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are beta; they are clearly labeled as-it but it can be a bit chilling to develop huge systems that rely on them (but no problem so far!).
The general quality of the APIs is quite good; only improvement I can think of are:
- Some fields missing from reports (e.g. custom targeting) had us rethink our initial design.
- The management APIs is good but is a tad too slow to be called before ads requests. It would have been a killer feature for us.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Creative Templates are a nice touch but could use some more features / flexibility.

Backup / restore for Campaigns would be useful.

Speed improvement on the Management APIs (so it is on-par with DecisionAPI)

We were migrating ads from an old platform for a sizable (~75K) fleet of embeded devices.
