What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easily customizable the dashboard is! It's really flexible and it allows me to create a dashboard and control panels to organize the data based on what I want to see and what I want to show to our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The exported monthly reports are not that customizable. You have to do data organization on the dashboard. It would also be better if there's an option where we get to add users to view a specific report.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This powerful tool is helpful especially in tracking the ranking of our client's websites, tracking keywords for targeting, and monthly reporting to our clients.
