After months of searching we finally found Agiliron!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Tons of integrations to support multiple and growing businesses that don't want to maintain an in-house server.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On-boarding took longer than we wanted, but they worked through all of our unique needs

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Their handling of shipping address lines 1 & 2 need improvement. They need to be separated and not forced into 1 field. This will allow for easier 3rd party warehouse API integration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Agiliron helped us migrate from an old ERP system to their cloud-based solution. They were one of the few companies able to support our three businesses with many channel integration requirements (Magento, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, QuickBooks, 3PLs, Authorize.net, Taxjar, etc.). Their on-boarding team helped us develop a lot of specific customizations to meet our unique business needs. This company cares about their clients and their pricing structure is fair and transparent. We look forward to growing our businesses with Agiliron and greatly appreciate their adaptive and flexible approach. Parry, in particular, has been an outstanding rep and on-boarding coordinator.
