PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Agiliron is simple to use and easy to customize for our needs. The B2B features are awesome and allow straight through order processing. The website templates and ability to alter is also nice to have.

Agiliron also links directly to quickbooks and allows us to streamline our accounting processes.

It also links to shipstation for easy shipping.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had issues with reports generating, but those have all been worked out with customer service.

When we first implemented the system, we encountered some bugs and worked with AI to improve. Their customer support has always been great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see a more modern look and feel in the dashboards.

It would be nice if you can view emails sent to customer about orders,inside of the sales order and not in a separate email section. It would be great to link to Outlook.

I would also like to see an easier format to manage and organize product categories.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to eliminate manual order entry by utilizing the B2B sites. We are also able to connect various systems like quickbooks so we do not need to try and patch in a bunch of different systems/software.
