What are the best aspects of this product?

A lot of support getting setup / onboarding. A lot of necessary features all in one system instead of jumping around to different software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

there are a couple of small features that I feel should be part of the software, but are not.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

more accounting related items that allow for better AR management

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

all facets of the business in one place
