What are the best aspects of this product?

- Wide range of integrations. The integrations are also detailed and customisable. Setting up integrations is easy and the integration connections are reliable.
- Wide range of features, the software has many many features compared to the competition.
- Affordable price point compared to alternatives
- Various inventory options such as assembly, kitting, matrix etc.
- Formula based pricing for products
- Easy excel import and export options
- Very good reporting and ability to create custom reports

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- The software is localised for the North American Market, weight and date formats for example are localised and different to other regions
- Payment processing integrations are limited to North America and do not work for Europe

- More localisation options for customers outside North America
- Payment integrations for Europe
