PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

When you are using multiple channels, it can be cumbersome to have to manage inventory count, selling price, shipping information, and even descriptions in each channel. Agiliron allows you to manage all of this in one place. And the sync to the channels is perhaps the fastest I have seen. Many times the changes have happened by the time that the window of the webpage is even opened.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have some products fall into multiple product types. It would be helpful if our products could fall into more than one type of product group.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be nice if there were a built in accounting module for bookkeeping. It works very well with QBO, but it would be great to have everything in one place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had a lot of manual entry in our sales process. Our sales process is completely automated. Also, it has been very helpful to be able to have multiple contacts for each account.

Why did you decide to change it?

We sell at multiple pop up locations each year, and it was cumbersome to use Quickbooks in other locations. We tried having it hosted on the cloud, but that was very inconsistent.

Very. Agiliron has been so much better than our old system. We have been able to completely automate our system.
