Easy to set up, to use, to build and to manage. What I love about this is that it is cloud-based so I have everything in one place without worrying about physical servers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

File organization can be improved. It would be better if users can customize how they want files to be uploaded, shared, etc. It could also help to have it integrated with Office applications like Microsoft Office.
