What are the best aspects of this product?

Greater productivity using Agility CMS. What I love is that it gave the ability to recheck and review edits, upload photos and other kinds of media, and to do a global search has definitely helped us improve our productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some tasks need a lot of steps to complete. It would help if they can make it simpler, but this is a minor complaint.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Focus on marketing instead of IT when creating web content. The ability to create or edit content without consulting the IT department has made our work faster and more productive.
