What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the most positive things about Agora is its user-friendly interface. I had no difficulties nor was I required to make time to learn the app, which in my experience, was usually the case. Everything is intuitive. The benefits I'm gradually realizing from using this software only motivates me to explore further what it can still offer. In addition, the quality of service provided by its technical and customer support representatives is top-of-the-class. In all, I have used many other social media platforms but they are from being on a par with Agora.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish it could also add advertising into one of its functions and purposes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aside from the very easy onboarding process which eliminates training and allows us to fully realize our investments, Agora's unified inbox and centralized operations have also saved me more time to enhance content-related matters.
