What are the best aspects of this product?
Because Agora helped me manage all my social media accounts, I can respond to clients faster and keep them satisfied. Now, customer support through efficient management of social media accounts, thanks to Agora, will definitely be least of my problems when I expand and receive more clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm very pleased with AgoraPulse. I can't find any dislike at the moment. If there is one, it's mostly due to the social media platforms themselves, not Agora.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My time on social media has been dramatically reduced. I can respond to comments or upload content without having to jump from one platform to another. The push notifications also allow me to know all happenings across all accounts. With all these, I'm definitely more able to serve my clients better.
