What are the best aspects of this product?
My favorites with Agora are its keyword listening for Twitter, hashtag monitoring on Instagram, and mentions tracker for Facebook. These help me get a wider perspective of what others think about our brand. Then I love that I can label everything I read as OK, as in read, action done or no need for action, then label as well those I must respond to. The insight analytics has also been useful in making our presence in social media be felt and our company, more loved.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As there had been instances that our response did not reach our customers on Instagram, I'm beginning to think its integration with Instagram is broken. If this is not fixed, this may be a problem in the long run as most of our activities are on Insta.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Agora helped us be in control of all our social media accounts, build our branding, and do so in one place, eradicating the hassles of jumping from one platform to another.
