PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Agora has the edge of having unique and robust features. For one, the unified inbox where you can access and take action on messages from all your social media accounts is remarkable and not available to socmed solutions I've used before. Keyword listening also helps me do my tasks better, regardless of my disabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had encountered problems with my content posting. Agora would trim some parts of my text but it's not a deal breaker for me since this only happened twice or thrice but I hope it never happens again. Then it would also be great to have a daily calendar viewer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like agora's labeling for incoming and outgoing content and scheduling, queuing options. More importantly, I love that Agora has provided in-depth, never-before-known insights that are helping me build stronger relationships with current customers and at the same time expand my network.
