What are the best aspects of this product?
It's simple to use. AgoraPulse's robustness is what makes this an attractive tool from the start. Its auto upload tool and queue system are both time savers. We're constantly monitoring the engagement of our clients in an effective manner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If we see things we've misssed out on from our previous scheduling platform, then we reach out to AgoraPulse. For the most part, they do their best to offer a solution. I can't flat out say that there a number of things that I hate. The company is very postive when it comes to feedback and constantly reminds us to let them know if there's anything they can help out with.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're currently making use of two platforms. We use Hootsuite for schedulin and Social Sprout for crafting reports. We concluded that both didn't offer what we want. When we saw AgoraPulse, we were intrigued by the complete solutions it's offering in offering quality client service.
