PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to set up the scheduling, publishing, and managing of posts from varying social platfoms. Like other SMMs in the market, expect a learning curve. Fortunately, they're able to speed things up. The basic stuff is compiled in a short (and bearable) tutorial of the tasks within the SMM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one aspect that I think I won't like is the inability to group social channels for each brand. It's also impossible to look into publications that have been scheduled within a brand group. You set up the stuff you want to post for more than one channel. Then look into each scheduled post at each channel (not the intended post being cross-posted across social platforms).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Looking for that one-stop-shop SMM that's user-friendly. We wanted something new and easy to start things from the get go. We've tried a lot of SMMs before. It was a hard for new employees until we saw how AgoraPulse makes things easy in terms preparations, navigation, overview, and short tutorials.
