What are the best aspects of this product?
I personally like the inbox feature, it allows us to keep track of all comments and replies without spending too much time in searching the platform. We can respond back and review the posts. Also, I like the calendar feature as well, and we are able to schedule posts in advance and to out everything into place. We are able to review a thumbnail of every post and to setup our workflow and preferences for graphic needs. I like the in-depth analytics and the ability to export them into a format.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they could include YouTube and Snapchat accounts, but I believe they work on these media. They could also make the trial bit longer so we can experience the app better before purchasing it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It saves us lot of time and it helps us to keep track of everything so we don’t miss to respond to comments or replies. It helps us to organize and plan our posts easily, to review and share the results with other team.
